Saline and cat hair do not mix

Catseye! The cup full of clear liquid on my desk is NOT water for you to drink! It's pH-balanced saline solution that needs to be kept in a state of static electrolysis for my contacts. If you insist on drinking from it while the little wires are there, not only will it give you one hell of a shock, but you'll also ruin the solution and I'll have to run the salinization cycle all over again.

And if you could return my #8 Torx driver, I'd really appreciate it. Yes, I know it's shiny, but I *need* it for my work, okay?

Whatever. Fact is, I'm perfectly capable of running the Stereo without blasting people to Kingdom Come. Try actually getting to know what I can and can't do before simply deciding for yourself what that is.

For the love of ... Jubilee, _I_ have trouble with the stereo. Stereos. Something like that.

The console you see is ... about a tenth of the stuff going on in there. I don't know enough about audio systems to program it right and it likes to be loud. Very, very loud.

Sometimes I think Dr. McCoy put an AI in there just to drive me nuts. Except that hardware's about a decade old and I was just starting to play with C++ and Pascal ten years ago, so there's no way he'd have known.

*nods* Okay. *sighs* Sorry, I'm highly caffeinated right now and I'm swinging between hyper and tetchy. Just gettin' kinda tired of being called stupid lately. Not that you were but others have and while recent actions probably prove the statement. Well, it's fucking galling anyway.
