An interesting thought...

How many of us have at least one parent who is also a mutant?

Neither of my parents are. Thank goodness.

I would say that had it not been for my mutation, I may have inherited a tendency to mental disorders from my mother.

It is not possible to diagnose me, because, from what I was told by Dr. MacTaggart, the changes in my brain chemistry and activity could be an indication of a mental illness, or a side-effect of my precognition, or both.

That's an interesting thought - historically, early manifestations of psionic or precognitive ability would probably have been seen as demonic possession or some kind of inherently evil ability back in the dark ages before technology and reason.

In the days of technology and reason, my mother still thinks I am Jeanne d'Arc reincarnate.

Your mother is a Catholic that believes in reincarnation?

Jeanne d'Arc is a Saint, so I think she believes that I am just possesed of her spirit. I try not to ask her questions about it. It took me two weeks to convince her that Jamie was not Jesus.

...I wonder what the nutritional value of Jamie-duped loaves and fishes would be. Can he do that? I mean, his dupes always had clothes and stuff.

My mother saw him dupe a tunafish sandwich. He said it made his stomach very unhappy.
