And this is why I hate painkillers as much as I hate pain. It's taken three hours and about a gallon of water through this little dixie cup to flush enough of them out of my system so I can think straight. Whoever brought my PDA down, thanks. Since the Evil Commandant Doktor won't let me out of the "rest and recuperation room", I haven't seen Kyle or Jay? Are they okay?

They're stable at last check. They weren't so much for visitors when I was around, but it was also 4 of the clock in the morning. "Go away, Marius" isn't an uncommon reaction.

Something less than possible for me to be surprised by other mutants, remember? Besides, on the off chance something does happen I figure the odds are about 50/50 I throw it right back. It's not as if being together was much help to you lot, anyway.

But no worries. I don't plan on any heroic acts of bloody stupidity; likely just sit myself down some place nice and public and stare at strangers all day. Be good practice. Still not quite as up to par with powers-identification as I should be.
