Makes you feel like you're really accomplishing something when you do do well, especially if you're used to it being easy. S' like my mom's Inquisition-torture-tool algebra tests. I used to sweat bullets studying for those, but the first time I got one back, didn't have to do corrections to pull my grade up, and realized I really did understand the quadratic equation? That was pretty sweet.

I don't have that many shoes. Only...let's see, there are the seven pairs of black heels and about eight in other colors, six knee high boots, three ankle boots, a bunch of sandals, some flip-flops, the couple pairs of running shoes, and a scattering of other occasional shoes.

Oh, and the kitchen shoes.

Okay, so maybe I could stand to get rid of a couple of pairs. But it's not like I have a closet devoted to them or anything.
