The strange thing is, Manuel, I completely see your point. But the problem isn't with the training, it's with the trained - or lack thereof.
Because of who and what we are, we live as targets. We don't get a choice in this matter, it's evolve or die. "Stick our head in the sand" isn't an option, no matter how much folks like Karolina wish it to be. Each of us has a responsibility not only to ourselves but to our peers and fellow mutants to not only learn to use our abilities responsibly, but to ensure each other's safety which includes not trying to actively or passively sabotage the Institute, which Karolina's actions are doing.
