x_makerBut seriously, how hard WOULD it be to take over a small state or even a small country and claim it as a mutant homeland? Or even do it diplomatically, just assign a "homeland". I mean, they did it with Israel back half a century ago, what's to say that couldn't be done for a mutant homeland?
Not that I'd advocate it - I mean, look how horribly it's gone over in the Middle East - but really, who thinks it couldn't be a feasible occurrence in the next, oh, twenty years?
